UK Orders

We offer FREE DELIVERY to the United Kingdom on all framed and unframed painting, print, and print collection set purchases. Following the payment for your order, please allow for 5 working days for us to process and ship your order. Our goal is to ensure that your artwork arrives safely and promptly. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status of your purchase.

- Shipping Time: Variable depending on the shipping address, but typically 2-3 business days after processing

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If you have any special delivery instructions, please let us know at the time of your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Returns Policy


Return Rules Summary

2. Customer Provides Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at musahamwala@icloud.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

2. Package Your Return: Safely pack the artwork in its original packaging, including all protective materials, to prevent damage during shipping. If the original packaging is not available, please ensure that the artwork is adequately protected.

3. Ship the Return: Send the return to the address provided in our return instructions. Be sure to include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.

4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at musahamwala@icloud.com with your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will cover the cost of return shipping in these cases and will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by repairing, replacing the item, or providing a refund.
